Who can use TIP? TIP is the sales portal of HaloKwadrat for integrator companies active in the Open Source Telephony market. To gain access you need to fill out an online form that you can find here.

What is HaloKwadrat? HaloKwadrat is Europes leading distributor focused on Open Source Telephony hardware, software, support and training. What distinguishes us from the other box shifters is that we offer a narrow range of products that have been extensively tested in our labs and installations conducted by our sister company VoiceWorks. Our technical team is thus able to provide an unbeatable level of free and paid support.

Where are we based? Our main offices are in Warsaw, Poland but we also have representative offices in Germany and Russia.

What countries do we serve? We serve all EU countries as well as Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Croatia, Serbia, Turkey, Switzerland and Norway.

What does TIP offer? TIP is designed to offer just usefull functionality and no marketing gimmicks. Using TIP you will be able to:

• check product availablity
• split orders
• reserve orders
  
• check shipment status
• verify payments and see order history
• verify credit limit
• drop ship
• market youself to other TIP members

Ordering

1. Confirmed orders are considere final.

2. If you want to wait with final confirmation you are able to Reserve Order which will hold the equipment in the order reserved for 24hours. You are then able to Confirm order at any time.

3. If some of the equipment is not available your will be able to decide whether you want a partial shipment of the available equipment and the rest when available or you want to ship everything together. By splitting shipment you agree to separate charges to both shipments.

4. Confirmed orders for a customer whose credit is over the limit or there are outstanding payments will be moved to Reserved Orders pending payments.

Shipping

1. Orders of available equipment are shipped within 1 working day.

2. Shipping of light equipment such as PCI cards are done using UPS and are delivered to most EU countries within 1-2 working days. Delivery times outside EU may vary.

3. Shipping of heavy equipment such as phones, gateways, servers etc are done using DHL and are delivered within 3-4 working days. Delivery times outside EU may vary.

Lead Programme Credit

1. Partners who refer potential customers to HaloKwadrat will be automatically credited with 5% for 18 months of the value of purchases by these customers. The credit will be automatically shown in the refering party profile and can be paid out at the customers request.

Marketing to TIP members

1.  Within your TIP profile you can enter information you would like other TIP members to see.  Alternatively you can choose not to be visible to other TIP members.
